Refund policy

All orders are eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

30-day returns policy

Dialedin offers a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. To qualify, please initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for the return

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in unused, new condition,
  • Include original tags, &
  • Be returned in the original packaging.

Note: Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts that are not due to our error are ineligible for return.

Additionally, returns made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Procedure for returns

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and problems:

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

What is the restocking fee?

There is no restocking fee.

Delayed or missing refunds:

Check your bank account again if you have not received a refund.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges

We will only exchange damaged, incorrect products, incorrect sizes, or defective products. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] or +61 (03) 9605 9353.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.

We cannot refund shipping costs. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
